The Customer undertakes to cover any loss of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies from the use of this Website and the Customer's account, by persons not authorized by the Customer.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
The availability options listed for each product are as follows:
Available: This product is available and can be delivered immediately at our store.
Not Available: The product is out of stock or cancelled.
By Order: The product is handmade and it takes time to manufacture it.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Orders placed at sugar n’ spice on weekdays until 12:00 noon, provided that the products are available and there is no outstanding payment, are delivered the same day or in 1 - 2 business days, to our city (Marousi, Attica, Greece) and to the near Municipalities, from our cooperating courier company and at a constant charge as stated on the Delivery - Charges. For other regions in Greece or abroad, the delivery varies accordingly, and the charge is calculated based on the weight / volume of the shipment. The above delivery times apply if you have selected a delivery at your place, while the delivery from our store can take place immediately after your order if the products are available. In areas designated as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company, the delivery can be obtained by the nearest office of this company, avoiding thus extra shipping charges. Moreover, in order to avoid extra shipping charges, the order is executed when all the products included are available. If for any reason you wish to receive only the available products, please contact us at (+30)2106820058, stating your order number. Deliveries take place from Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Days and times of delivery are valid for business days and hours respectively. They are not applicable for public holidays and weekends, or on days when our central warehouse is closed for inventory reasons. For orders including products that are not immediately available, we will contact you by phone to inform you when the products will be ready to be delivered.
Customers must check that the delivered package is intact. Damaged or broken products are not covered by warranty and should not be received.

WARRANTY
For information regarding the warranties of products you purchase at sugar n’ spice please refer to the product packages or call us at (+30)2106820058, Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-18:00 (excluding public holidays). Please note that no warranty cover products damaged as a result of wear and tear, inappropriate use or other damaging conduct.

The use and purchase of goods at sugar n’ spice will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Greek laws. In the event of any dispute associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
