Delivery - Charges

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Athens every Wednesday except for holidays. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for delays due to bad weather, customs or anything beyond our control.
All shipments have a tracking number. We will inform you by email that your shipment has departed communicating also its tracking number.

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

Greece
For shipments within Athens the minimum shipping cost is 3,00€, while a cost of 0,80€ is foreseen for each additional kg. For the rest of Greece, the minimum shipping cost is 3,00€, and each additional kg is charged with 1,00€. The minimum cost is calculated for orders up to 3kg. The delivery time all over Greece is estimated at 2 - 3 business days from the date of shipment. For inaccessible and remote areas an additional shipping cost of 4,50€ is foreseen. The payment on delivery costs 3,00€. For bulky items, i.e. baptism boxes, the shipping cost is based on the volume.

Cyprus
For deliveries to Cyprus the minimum shipping cost is 7,50€ for orders up to 1 kg, while a cost of 1,05€ is foreseen for each additional kg. Within the main cities, the parcels are delivered to the address of the recipient, otherwise they are delivered to the nearest point of service of the cooperating courier. The delivery time is estimated at 7 business days from the date of the shipment. Credit or debit cards and bank transfer are allowed as payment methods. The rest of the world
For the time beeing, our company does not ship orders outside Greece and Cyprus.
