Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the products we have shipped to you, you are entitled to return the products within 14 calendar days from delivery, provided that the product is returned unused and in excellent condition, in its original packaging, including all the accessories, special labels and accompanying documents. In this case, return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. However, if the reason for the return is due to a mistake of our Company, or to a defective product, we undertake the delivery cost for the return of the product.

Please send us the return tracking number so that we can track the shipment. We are not responsible for parcels we do not receive. As soon as the parcel reaches our hands we will immediately notify you by email and credit you with the value of the product.

You can exchange the returned product with the same or any other product of our store.

We remind you that the return process usually takes 3-6 working days from the time we receive the parcel due to the quality control procedure that the returned products are subjected to. You will then receive the necessary email notification. If the returned product has suffered damages or deteriorations by the customer’s fault, sugar n’ spice will estimate the level of the damages and will contact the consumer to resolve the issue.
